Problem with "No recent file backup" notification

Hello,

I apologize in advance if this question has already been asked, but I seem to have a problem or I don’t understand how the “No recent file backup” email notifications work.

Let me explain:

I’m getting “No recent file backup” emails after 5 days without backups, even though I’ve set up my server for 10 days:

Here are the server and client parameters:

How can I ensure that I receive notifications and that the server only considers backups as failures after 10 days without a backup and not after 5?

I believe this is a known issue, not sure of the outcome though.

Ok, so several of us have the same problem?

I have Incremental file set to 1 hour, then seen it show no recent backup 3 hours later… ive not looked in to it enough though
