Nightly Maintenance not Running

I have urbackup 1.4.14 installed on ubuntu 14.04. I’ve configured my maintenance for 1-7/22-00 and set the max number of backups to 14 for two weeks. I’ve noticed that all my backups are past 14 backups. Can someone point me in the right direction to track down why my cleanup window is not running?

Tried to manually run the cleanup and was getting a permission error on a kernel file. After changing the permissions I am able to manually run the cleanup. We will see what happends.
