New X64 client not backing up

Hi Uroni,

i have a brand new client with Win7 X64 and it is not backing up. I installed the X64-MSI of UrBackup-Client and firewall is off.
Server sais last file backup and last image backup: “never”. If I start manually it sais “starting failed”
Client also states never to been backuped.

Any thaughts?

don´t know how but the problem disappeared. Suddenly it does back up. I already did some reboots before so this cannot be the reason. Maybe some microsoft updates did fix it. anyway.

But: it shows no tray icon. Is that a bug or should this generally work?

Hi Uroni, me again :D

I have installed the newest version from software repository and now the tray icon is shown correctly.

So we have the next problem: Autoupdate not working?

I don’t know about the first problem. But I think the second problem was caused by me/sourceforge not uploading the version with tray icon.

I did not update the autoupdate files yet (want to do some more testing first). I can upload them somewhere if you need them.
