Never Starting backup failed

Dear team,
whenever i am traing to full backup option in urbackup web server its seems error :- Never
Starting backup failed

Could you enable the status column ( “show colmn” -> “status” ) and check if it shows something useful?

I have a Status of “OK” as well… I have a recently added client (Backup: Never) with a result of “Starting Backup Failed” as well. I don’t know where to check logs to determine the cause. Anyone have any ideas?

Same issue here, has anyone got any ideas? I built a brand new Ubuntu server VM (using the latest stable release) and downloaded the current version of Urbackup and I have this error! No logs and no hints to why it doesn’t want to back up!
