Need to backup one folder in "ProgramData" folder

Hi There

I am having trouble at setting the configures to file back up this folder:

C:\ProgramData|\PointOfSale\

This is the only folder I want to back up each night from my clients however when I add it to the include options it is still not backed up.

Any ideas?

So I was able to partially work this out.

“C:\ProgramData*” - was in my exclusions list.

So I will refine my question.

How do I backup just one folder in the ProgramData folder and not the rest of the folders.

Does urbackup read the exclusions list first and then the inclusions? Similar to a “DenyAll” and then you can allow just the folders you want?
