How can I configure a client if there are several urbackup servers and they should run different backups?
In version 2.4, the client controls what gets backed up, and the server controls when.
If you have multiple servers, you can make them backup on different schedules, and you can set whether or not they will do file backups or image backups or both. But the client will control what folders are backed up.
