Move a client up in the backup queue

We have a client that we cannot get backed up because we limit to only 10 backups at a time and we have 150 clients that are being backed up regularly. I was wondering if there is way to move a client upwards in the queue either via the gui or the command line.

One way would be to adjust the backup window (start time) for that specific client. and have it start an hour before the rest of the clients start.

Just set an override for that specific client, and have it start its backup before the rest of the clients.
