Hello,
It seams another vultr trouble. When i tried to access appliance storage configuration, it stayed hanged up, but after few days i could access again without doing anything. That’s why i supposed it happens after a vultr maintainance update. It seams the s3 storage in vultr temporarily stop working, and I supose something get corrupted in the infscape appliance disk cache, so i think It was causing the error.
Finally, i just reset the cache in storage configuration and re-saved the cloud storage configuration. After that it started to work again.
