We’re testing the MacOS X Client (2.0.29 on OS X El Capitan) with the new UrBackup Server (Linux, version 2.0.30). We see two icons in the toolbar. In addition, when you mouse-over either icon, it shows the last backup information as ‘Last backup on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 ‘PMt’ 03:39:05 PM’. Not sure what ‘PMt’ is?
Has anyone seen the double-icons and the ‘PMt’ and if so, is there a fix?
Double Icons - as far as Windows is concerned - just means that there are two instances of the program running. Don’t know if they’ve programmed it differently for Macintosh or not, but I believe that you can simply close out of one without affecting the other.
Hi again. OK, so I closed out one icon, but it eventually restarted. I downloaded the latest .pkg 2.0.32 and installed. That seems to have solved the double icon issue. Still remaining is the “PMt” or “AMt” (extra ‘t’ in the time). Not a big deal, but guessing it’s just a typo.
