I received an email that a Window Server 2022 instance hasn’t been back up. I tried installing a new client and it says that Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X64 Minimum Runtime can’t be found and asks for a default of c:\programdata\package cache\{D5…..} is unavailable. I can’t uninstall the older version and am stuck without backups. Trying to open the client says ‘There was an error. Currently nothing can be backed up’.
Nothing changed besides Windows updates and I can’t seem to find a way to get the client working again. Any tips?
