We have been using Urbackup for years and therefore know quite a lot about it. But now we have some issues we can’t solve. We are looking for commercial support for this by someone who have a lot of experience with Urbackup.
This is what we want to discuss:
- For unknown reason the backup jobs hang until we restart Urbackup. We want to solve this.
- Improve performance.
We are not looking for someone who has limited experience with Urbackup. As I said, we have many years of experience ourselves. That’s why we’re only looking for an expert.
