just tried to image restore to a new 13th Gen Intel Laptop through USB Boot / Live cd latest release:
regular boot goes into “boot failed” after a while → debug: “unable to find a medium containing a live file system”
failsave remains with the “black square of death” over grub.
I haven’t had time to tinker a lot, so far:
- tried with secure boot disabled, which shouldn’t have an impact, and it didn’t
USB Devices seem to be recognized during (kernel-) startup.
will try to dig deeper in the coming days, just hoping someone had a similar issue yet - and a solution
also happy to try beta-isos…
