it would be better placing a shortcut to an URL file into start menu instead of a HTML file itself. This way you could create the shortcut with the program icon.
Attached you find icons for Windows if you like. It is all variants from 16x16 to 256x256 and from 16 colors to truecolor, so it also looks nice on a Win7 desktop shortcut. Maybe they also work as favico.
Also I think it would look better if all rows in tables on website have the same hight. I think you could make all tables as wide as they have to be to display all information without have to break the line without going out of screen on modern systems.
Looks great. It’s of course a matter of personal preference, but I think the black borders in the 16x16 version (the one that is used as tray icon) are a little bit too small.
made the borders a bit more fat. Looks better now? Also I created a icon library with all the icons in one file:
I did it with Visio and IcoFX 1.6.4 (very nice free tool: http://www.chip.de/downloads/IcoFX_28266149.html ): export from Visio to GIF with transparency, import in IcoFX with highest resolution and convert into all versions for Windows. Also the library is made by IcoFX.
Yes with the tables I meant the ones in server web interface.
