Just wondering what the restore procedure is for a Linux client. Do I need to install the Urbackup client onto the new machine? Should the machine have the same hostname and IP from the get-go? Is the Linux image restore still working?
I just tried it on a new VM (Debian), but it failed as it couldn’t communicate with the “internet server”. My server is local of course, so I’m just unsure what the required steps are. The only relevant documentation I can find is this blog post that refers to a VPS Linux image backups with UrBackup 2.5.y | UrBackup Developer Blog.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
