Hello all!
I have almost 200 LAN machines deployed and broadcast traffic is getting me crazy.
Would be possible to configure UDP broadcast interval to increase from 50 seconds to a configured value?
Thanks in advance.

I figure, back of napkin sums, that’s about 4 UDP broadcasts a second on average with the number of clients specified.
Is it anything beyond a visual issue when you’re actively monitoring?
Not that there’s anything I can do or suggest (beyond maybe putting clients into internet mode?) since I’m just a user, merely curious.
Thanks @Bearded_Blunder for your comments.
First of all I wouln’t like to lose LAN client discovery for new or modified machines but instead able to configure discovey a bit, something like being allowed to configure server broadcast interval time instead of 50 seconds fixed. I could use 3600 seconds for example with no hurries.
Another thing is that i think can’t configure clients into internet mode because have server with several network cards and clients in different ip segment address not visible each other while only able to use one “Server URL clients connect to:” parameter to configure and put clients in internet mode. Maybe I’m missing here some tip so able to put 200 clients in 8 different networks with same “Server URL clients connect to” parameter?
Regarding reason, You’re right that It’s more a logging / visual issue with broadcast trafic not only urbackup but other things trying to clean.
Also one thought, when system is in production stage with everything working it’s really needed to broadcast every 50 seconds forever?
Thanks again!

Answering myself after some days playing,
I ended blocking server discovery broadcast udp packets and putting all LAN clients in internet mode.
Now when needed to add new machines doing it manually.
Anyway would be nice some sort of server broadcast configuration.
Thanks all!
