Hi,
I created image backup of my windows 10 PC which had no license issue
I used it on another PC which was successful but had a license issue
The PC was originally windows 7 and I used urbackup to upgrade it to windows 10 which I created a backup for with the same model of PC
When I use windows upgrade assistant to upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10 there are no issues with license

Licensing isn’t part of UrBackup’s job.
Windows licenses are usually bound to specific hardware and/or embedded BIOS license keys specific to their motherboard. You’re probably violating your Windows license with what you’re doing.
