As always wanted to thank for a great backup tool!
Issue:
I’m trying to backup ARM based system, using filebackups. However on the server, I get “No paths to backup configured” message near to the client, despite that such directory was set.
Steps to reproduce:
- Install and configure Server 2.5.23 (Centos 7), and Client 2.5.16 (OSMC, customized Debian, ARM based).
- Connect client with server via LAN connection
- Set snapshot mechanism to “dattodb” during installation, but then remove values from snapshot.cfg on the client, leaving keys empty, like so:

- On the server, configure backup path for this particular client. I’ve tried different combinations, but let’s set it to “/”, i.e. root
Expected result:
Server will indicate that this client do not have recent backups and will allow to start full file backup.
Actual result:

And when I ask to perform full file backup - it does nothing.

Looks like some communication issue between client and server according to this message:

When I start the backup from server Web UI I get on server I get in server logs:
2022-05-02 16:39:39: msg=START BACKUP FULL
Client is silent.
Other Linux clients (not ARM) are backed up using file backup without issues on the same server.
Please advise.
