Issue deleting client

When I try to delete a client, my activity log fills up with the attached image. It doesn’t stop until I kill urbackup_srv and start it again and the client is never removed.

It probably can’t delete the image file(s) with id 5. I looked it in the code and it does indeed enter a infinite loop in that case. I fixed that. The nighlies here should have the fix: http://urpc.dyndns.org/urbackup_unstable/ (121)

Thanks, I did a make and install of nightly 121 but I’m still getting the same issue. How can I verify that my urbackup installation was updated?

Sorry, the complete version is not shown anywhere currently.
I think the debian packages there would’ve worked for you as well.

I’ll try to reproduce the problem, to confirm I fixed it.

I went ahead and re-installed with the deb package. I’ll let you know if that makes a difference.

125 should give you a visual idication up top, because I incremented a more major version

Hi Uroni,

we have the same effects on our urbackup windows server.
Is there a nighty download folder for the Windows versions as well?

This version here should fix it: https://sourceforge.net/projects/urbackup/files/Server/1.2RC/

Thumbs up uroni,

the 1.2RC fixed the deletion problem on our Windows 2012 Server. Big thnx.
Now we only need a rescue cd with the feature to search for the server by ip and we good to go :D

With best regards …
