Is there a way to tell what files were backed up?

Over the last few days I’m seeing the amount reported from an incremental backup to be higher than the amount of file changes I’ve been making on my data drive (not my system drive).

Is there a way of seeing a log of the files it backed up? Even maybe via the database if not?

Well, you can either check the logs for that particular day/backup, or simply open UrBackup folder and check current backup, see what files are up there, no need to access any database.
