Copy that- Ill try another internet connection/hotspot - Will also try a cellular hotspot. All my local and internet systems are same city in Arizona USA
Do I need to have something entered in the “Server URL” (Server>settings)?

Well… just tried a test client connected to my cell-phone hot-spot-and Internet back up is now working!!
Super random- I had tried before with internet clients behind 2 physically different ISP’s and physically different locations. So many thanks to everyone who took the time to look at my problems and offer help and advice- much appreciated! I’m also having a kind of the same issue.
Both server and client are with 2 different IP’s (or locations)
I can access the backup server over the internet, which means ports are forwarded correctly 443/55415. Client shows
CONNECTED TO INTERNET
But when I go to the backup server
and sever doesn’t show online the client.The firewall is off in both server and client, Don’t know what’s wrong I’m doing :(.
Any suggestion or guide will be very helpful.

In the server configuration remove port so it will replicate to clients the server ip without port, in my case using in the server default or 55414 it worked fine, I was facing same problem
