Internet backup: Hash file on client not working?

Have been using Urbackup for quite a while on a Windows network & BIG thanks to everyone who contributes & makes this possible.
Last week I upgraded the disk for the backups from a 2tb to 5tb drive, and also upgraded server & clients from 1.3.1 to 1.4.11.

I used the .bat files to clean/rebuild the database - the backup location didn’t change (same drive letter/location), but with the switch, obviously, the new drive had no backups.
Everything seems to have worked and all the LOCAL stations are just fine.

My problem is with the 1 client that uses Internet to get backed up. It can’t finish: with any interruption in the network, or computer going to sleep, or server going into maintenance mode, etc., the first full backup on the new drive stops. And then when things are back, it starts all over again.
Part of the problem as I see it: every single file on the client is uploaded to the server on every single attempt!

So, if I’m reading this log correctly, after the file is completely transferred over the Internet, the server recognizes the file is already there, and doesn’t need it and links it!

Where are the hashes stored on the client? How is this supposed to work? On the server Settings screen, I have the check box on for ‘calculate file-hashes on the client’ on the Internet tab of the separate settings for the client as well as on the Internet tab of the General/Clients setting screen.
What’s going wrong here?
