Hello, I have this issue today. CASE #196

Internal database backup to backup storage is currently failing. Please contact support (report problem link on the bottom).

Alternatively, the log file at /var/log/app.log might contain more information about the error cause.

after reading the logs, I think it’s just temporary.
My network is saturated at the moment.

Will the backup be done automatically when the network is back to normal?

Yeah, if it fails only once it is not a pressing issue (the alert would repeat if it continuously fails). I’ll look into this anyway, of course.
