Installing Urbackup Server on Odroid C1+

Hello,

I hope anyone can help me.

A few days ago I bought an Odroid C1+ (an alternative to raspberry), that should be my homeserver.
To make backups, I evaluate Urbackup on an Ubuntu 15 in an VMWare environment.

I installed the Lubuntu Trusty image on the Odroid and everything works well, but I can’t install the package “urbackup-server”.
I take the installation tasks that I found in the installation instruction:
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:uroni/urbackup
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install urbackup-server

When I typed in “sudo apt-get install urbackup-server”, it appears the message “Unable to locate package urbackup-server”.

The Ordoid hasn’t an i386 oder amd64 processor architecture, so is it not possible to install it on an mini-PC?

Maybe I’m just to bad, because I usually administrate Windows Server at work.

Please help me or give me a hint.

Thanks.

Launchpad does not build for the ARM-CPU architecture.

You should be able to follow the instructions here http://blog.urbackup.org/87/backup-server-for-the-raspberry-pi

using the recent package from here: http://raspberrybuild.urbackup.org/nightly/?C=M;O=D

if it doesn’t work, install from sources.
