Log is showing below, unsure what to do to resolve. Backups were running with no issues for months then this:

Backup had an early error. Deleting partial backup.
Can you have a look into the Windows application and system event log?
I am not sure what happened over the last two days but the backups started running again without issue. I did uninstall and reinstall the Client Friday (11/17/2017) and deleted the server idents text file while doing so but the backups still failed afterwards - which is when I entered this post.
I had this occur on another server and after stopping and restarting the “Volume Shadow Copy” Service all is well.
I can confirm that restarting the “Volume Shadow Copy” Service on the client fixed the problem.
Would it be possibility for the Client app to restart the service on its own should this error occur again?
