Indexing forever

so most of my clients (2.2.6) are indexing forever and not doing anything or sending anything to the server (2.2.10) all systems involved are Ubuntu or Debian based

and it just repeats… I have 7 clients that exhibit the same behavior

Might be hanging while trying to create the snapshot. Can you have a look at it with e.g. the htop tree view to see if it is executing something? If it does you could run the same script with the same parameters from command line to see what happens.

it doesn’t look like it’s doing anything, it’s just sitting idle

So it’s hanging at modprobe dattobd. Can’t do anything about that on the UrBackup side.

ok, so dattodb is already loaded, and appears to work, so now i’m even more confused as to why urbackup is trying to load it again >.<
