Incremental Backup fails after new server

We are making incremental backup up over the internet and everything was working fine.
Our server’s OS drive failed but we were able to recover the urbackup directories and database.
We installed new os and copied data back. All clients got picked up and showed online. They started to continue backing up, but each one fails with the following error:

Error while calculating tree diff. Not doing full backup because of internet connection.

Is there a way to fix the tree calculations? A new full backup over internet for each machine is something we’re trying to avoid as it is several terabytes that we pre-seeded.

Any help would be appreciated

You’ll have to restore those clientlist_b_*.ub (same folder as the databases) files as well if you don’t want to run full file backups.

Any specific way to restore them or do I simply copy them into the folder?
