Image copy status Not supported

Hello,

I am running an Ubuntu 20.04.06 server and I am performing a Backup from my ASUSTOR NAS.
The file copy was successful, but the image copy tells me “Not Supported.” I want to know if the program accepts making a copy of the Ubuntu image or only accepts making a copy of the files.
