Hi Just Come across this software for testing and so far so good
the only issue we are seeign so far is that the image backup doesn’t appear to run Automatically when we go into the client settings we don’t see the options for Image backup tab once the client has connected to the server
Are you referring to this?
Otherwise, Image Backups happen in the same window as file backups; so if you have your backups enable under the image backup tab, then it will image during your backup window.

No From within the client
In your server settings, in the permissions tab under a specific client, is it set to where you can do that?
Otherwise, I believe image settings must be setup on the server. I know that if you have the permissions for it, you can start image backups through the context menu of the UrBackup icon in the notification area.
