I made a successful backup:

but the status stays on “NO RECENT BACKUP” for image backup status.
I restarted the URBackup service but that didn’t changed anything.
One other server is “OK” but that’s only one.
If not it is not really finished. Only with the client side. It first copies the data to temporary files then copies it to the destination(VHD). If you interrupt this by restarting it may not have finished.
Now I see there is some error but it is only in info:

Immediately after the second one it normally updates the last image backup time. It does not save the log if it crashes or hangs there. So the only possibility is that saving it to the database did not work.
Is the “Last image backup” time for this client correct?

“The last image backup time” is ok and equal to the effective time when the backup was done and I don’t have this with one client but with all clients (except one).
This new backup I took seemed to do it correctly on the client and on the activities window on the server but the status stays red “NO RECENT BACKUP”.
firewall settings on the server are off too.
When I do a file backup, I get a “file backup status” = OK

The problem is solved, I reinstalled the server (deleted all directories and settings) and now it works.
It could be something with the settings because I changed them but now it works fine so thanks for your great piece of software !
But I have one other problem:
I configured the mail in the mail settings and I can successfully send a test e-mail but when I go to logs and configure it to send an e-mail and select save, then there is a message “saved settings successfully” but I can’t see anything about my saved settings.
It’s just like they are not added.
