Image backup schedule

Hello everyone,

I have 6 clients, all running Windows Server. Two of them automatically back up their images every day. However, on the other 4, the backup doesn’t start even when it’s scheduled. That’s why I have to start them manually. I checked the client settings, and the settings for the two that are working and the other four are exactly the same. The backup schedule is set to 1-7/0-24 on all of them. What could be causing this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions for a solution?

I’ll write the answer myself since I’ve solved the problem. The servers that were backing up without issues were on the same VLAN as the UrBackup server. The others were on a different VLAN. The issue was resolved when an network from the other VLANs was assigned to the UrBackup server. However, I didn’t understand how the backup was being taken when I triggered it manually. The automatic backup issue was resolved with the VLAN assignment.
