Hyper V Disaster recovery

Hi, I am using the paid version of the hyperv client. Backups are running fine, but what if my urbackupserver crashes and I need to restore the images? Only way is via the hyperv client or else?

Since days i am playing around but can´t get it working:
I set up a new urbackup server, mounted the Backup folders, copied the settings, databases from the “urbackup” folder to the new server. It also asks me to accept new identifier in the gui.

UrBackupClient_cmd.exe status show connected local to new server but the

C:\Program Files\UrBackup> .\hyperv_list_backups.ps1 -username “XXXX”

Solution: Again after days spent with urbackup here is the solution:

You have to create dummy VM-S on the new HYPERV-HOST with the same name like your originals. Then you can list and restore via the powershell skript.
