How to set up the software for backup?

Hello,

I am new to this software and backups. I have the software set up and running on the network here at work. I’ll be using it to back up the PC here.

I have 2 PC setup to back up, My PC and ITTest. I am still learning and testing the settings.

I think I have something wrong with the setting and was hoping to get some recommendations.

MyPC has done a full backup and all went well. Though the Full seemed a bit big.

ITTest on the other hand… So this machine only has an OS and only 63.1gb used on the Hard Drive and Urbackup was trying to back up 2.09TB. That sees like way to much.

So I am thinking I messed up a setting. Below are some screen shots of my current settings:

So I think I have figured out why the backup for ITTEST is 2.09TB. It is because the software is trying to back up the D: drive.

I do not understand why its trying to back up the D: I did not tell it to and I do not want it

I used the above settings. I thought I told it I only want c:

So, apparently the Client overrides the Server in this situation.
The client was saying to backup the C and D drive and the Server was set to just back up the C.

So I had to go to every client computer with additional drives and remove the D drive:
right click on icon in systray, add/remove backup paths. Then selected the D and clicked remove path.
