I have configure full and incremental files backup, and my problem appear when i try to restore all files. If i select full backup not download recent files changes, and i select the last incremental backup not download all files.

Wouldn’t you just - assuming this is just file restoration - put the full file backup on it, then put the incremental on top?
I execute a full backup one day of month, and then incremental copies daily.

If you are restoring the machine and want all the files, AND the most recent ones updated… would you not put your most recent FULL backup onto the machine first, then put your INCREMENTAL backup on top of it to overwrite the most recent files?
Ok, thanks. I will try a restore with full backups and then update restored files with incremental backup.
