I have internet server UrBackup. I backup linux file server around 1,5Tb.
Incremental file backup goes fast. But full file backup more than 4 days.
I disabled full file bacup for this client, stop backup, reboot server and client, then start incremental file backup. But it starts “Resumed full file backup” (NOT Incremental file backup).
How to cancel Resumed full file backup? And start incremental file backup?
You’ll probably have to manually delete the partial backup from the backup storage folder, then restart (+remove unknown).
I did it. Now it starts incremental file backup with error:

You need to enable full backups for Internet clients.
Full backups for Internet clients enabled (for this client and at general settings in advanced).
Full file backups also enabled for this client.
But it has same error: Error while calculating tree diff. Not doing full backup because of internet connection.

I started full file backup. Now waiting for finish. After it I hope incremental backup will work fine.

As I understand manually delete the partial backup from the backup storage folder, then restart (+remove unknown) doesn’t work. Because after it incremental backup finished with error. And for fix it I have to start full file backup.
So is there the correct method to cancel Resumed full file backup and start incremental?
