Due to a botched in place upgrade from ubuntu 20.04 to 22.04, I’ve had to do a fresh install of 22.04. Backup files were on an external drive, so they are available. I have a fresh install of urbackup server and pointed it to the external drive but its not seeing the “old” backups. All the server identity files are on the same external drive with the backup files. I’m thinking the freshly installed urbackup might have overwritten them? End result being I am not able to do a restore… How do I get the fresh server install to see the previous backups? Also I had to set the owner of the external drive to urbackup:urbackup, not sure why this wasn’t already set. I thought this would be easy! LOL.
