Help [?] icon next to each setting not working

For some reason, I’m not getting any local Help files load

clicking on the [?] next to a setting option, links to:

http://backupserver:55414/help.htm#exclude_files

and then I get

Sorry. File not found.

in the browser window

only a 1 week old install of urbackup - everything else seems to be working - didn’t get any errors on installation.
(installed on Windows Server 2012R2)
