Having trouble creating a urbackup.atlassian.net JIRA account

I’d like to report a bug so I went to the JIRA tracker and tried to create an account. However, it seems:

(a) in Chrome the page loops back to the sign up screen and doing the CAPTCHA

(b) in Firefox it claims “The email address provided is not from an allowed domain.” for various email addresses I tried. This issue may be relevant:

Thanks for the hint. Fixed it and added a “me too”. Could not reprocude (a) though.
