Having issues with client connecting to server

Hello,

I have reinstalled fresh Urbackup server(2.3.7) under Freenas jail (11.2) ,all communication to server seems to works fine i can ping and connect to portal from any designated backup agent machine , also previous installation with same config worked great for years , I added agents in server with name and IP and downloaded for each machine its agents but no machie appear to be online and agents in RED status, not finding the server.
Any idea how i can debug this issue ?

hello

I would suspect the keys.
You copied the backup keys from the old serer or deleted the ones on the client ?
Something shows up if you click show all clients on the webui ?

Also do you have client/server logs ?
