Getting Error Code when backing up Client Computer

Hello fellow UrBackup users,

I am getting an error on server saying
“c49ZKLYU4jzeQInjC54T|Storage/PST/A_runnels.pst” from stn138. Errorcode: TIMEOUT (2)
The station i am currently backing up is running all day/night not sure why its timeout on me.
Anyone know how to fix this error.

Are there any errors about volume shadow copies in the logs? My guess would be (and it is just a guess) is that it is not able to back up the file because it is open in Outlook.
