Full Image Backup failing on Win10 32bit UEFI/GPT Tablet

Hi there
using UrBackup 2.3.8 at home since months with a bunch of Win10 x64 UEFI/GPT installations without problems. Now I decided to integrate my old HP ElitePad 900 G1 into the backup system.

System has been freshly reinstalled with Windows 10 pro x86 1803 in UEFI/GPT Mode - this device can only boot UEFI-GPT, BIOS-MBR is not possible. CPU is an x86 Atom-Processor.

The image backup always fails. Urbackup.log on the server shows:

19-06-05 19:03:25: WARNING: Request of SYSVOL failed. Reason: Opening filesystem on device failed. Stopping.
2019-06-05 19:03:25: ERROR: Backing up System Reserved (SYSVOL) partition failed. Image backup failed
2019-06-05 19:03:25: ERROR: Backup failed

Debug.log on Client:

As all other PCs and Notebooks from all family members are backing up fine, it must be device problem. Partitions on the 64GB FlashDrive according to dispart are
Recovery, 500MB NTFS (marked as OEM Partition)
EFI System Partition, 100MB
Reserved 16MB
and of course C: with 57.6GB NTFS

There are no manufacturer partitions as I installed from an official MS released media and did not install the diagnostic tools partition.

Any ideas why the client can not read data from the mentioned device \?\Volume{5182c51a-f750-4085-8ce0-18ce742c0ac0}? fsutil volume info lists this volume as first in the list of only 3 volumes, so it should be the Recovery partition. For testing I assigned a drive letter using diskpart and it mounted the partition without any problems. If I active displaying for protected system files I can see the SysVolInfo and the Recovery folder. RE Boot also works without problems, same goes for Windows System Image Backup to an external HDD.

Cheers,
Matthias

I have a similar SYSVOL error, did you find any solution?

Sorry, did not find a solution for this. It is still like it is - image backup does not work, file backup does work. I am doing image backup by Windows internal backup (Windows 10 still contains the Windows 7 image backup functionality) and I am using Urbackup only for file backup on this system.

Same here, also an Atom tablet with EMMC / 32bit UEFI / 32bit Windows 10
