Hello All,
I recently deployed UrBackup Server 2.4.13 on a CentOS 7 server. I’m finding that large CentOS 7 clients fail 100% of the time. All clients were installed within the past week, so they should be running the current release.
In all cases, the symptoms are exactly the same. Status bar gets to 98-99%, queue reaches 0, but the backup ceases. Debug data from the web interface shows that it is stuck at the Loading "urbackup/FILE_METADATA section (logs at end of post)
On both client and server, CPU, disk, and network usage have dropped back to normal conditions, so it does not appear as though the issue is resource starvation. The most peculiar thing to me is that the issue only affects large CentOS servers. I have two CentOS VMs with less than 3GB of data on each, and they backup perfectly. However, my larger CentOS VMs (200GB to 1TB+) all fail at the 98-99% point.
Ubuntu clients work perfectly, and I haven’t tried a Windows or Mac client yet.
