i have problem with Urbackup v.1.4.7, installed on Windows Vista Bussines x32
Here is an extract from the log of the client:

Indexing of “Documents” done. 6 filesystem lookups 0 db lookups and 0 db updates
Cannot access directory to backup: “\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy46\Users\username\Desktop”
backupcom->BackupComplete(&pb_result) failed: EC=VSS_E_BAD_STATE
Constructing of filelist of “PC - PCNAME” failed: error - index error
Backup had errors. Deleting partial backup.
Exponential backoff: Waiting at least 40m before next file backup
Changing the backup folder does not help.
Do you have any idea please?
