First full backup fails at 100%

Hi everybody,
sorry for the long post but I’m having great difficulties in backing up my fileserver (around 1.2tb) and I’m writing down everything that could be of help.
The job always reaches 100% but then it hangs and eventually fails the task, which is really unnoying given the fact that it take almost 3 days to reach that point.
UrBackup resides on a jail in a Truenas server, the file server is a guest vm running Windows Server 2012 R2 on a Hyper-V server, same Windows version.
Since this is my first installation of UrBackup and I was testing it directly on production server (yeah I know, no need to comment) where there’s already another backup solution installed (which I thought was slowing down/interfering somehow with UrBackup), I decided to clone the fileserver, uninstall the other backup solution and try UrBackup there, so there would also be no clients connecting to it and interfering, but I’m facing the exact same problem.
On 08/08 I ran another full backup and now is stuck at 100%, this is what I see in the log of the running task from the WebUI:

It’s been like that for 6.30 hours and I don’t know what it’s doing, if I connect to the fileserver the UrBackup client icon is white and says “Last backup on 11/08/2022 09:17:28”, there are no useful logs at the moment not in the client nor in the WebUI (it shows the logs from the last run and it only says it failed without much informations). The only thing I can do is stop the job from the WebUI.
As a test I’ve setup a virtual sub client on the production server with only a very critical directory and it works correctly, the full backup went ok and now is doing incremental backups every hour.

This is my first installation so I’m still a newbie, let me know if you need more information.
Please kindly help.

Thanks

P.S.: Last time I tried a full backup it failed during the night and I wasn’t able too see what the live log
wrote because the session on my browser timed out, is there a way to increase the web session timeout period, or to save that log to a file, or see it directly from the server console so that I can redirect the output to a file?

So, the backup finished after being stuck for almost 24 hours, this is the last part of the log above:

12/08/22 09:40 INFO Writing new file list...
12/08/22 09:40 INFO All metadata was present
12/08/22 09:40 DEBUG Syncing file system...

12/08/22 09:40 INFO Time taken for backing up client FS2: 3 days 23h 12m 10s
12/08/22 09:40 INFO Backup succeeded

It says Backup succeded but I can’t see it under the Backups section and there are no logs of this task either, the files are in the backup server though so at least they didn’t get deleted.
This is the Infos log from the client:

Starting unscheduled full file backup...

I really don’t know what’s going on, please advice.

Thanks
