File Backup why is the first letter in the path shortened?

Hi There.

I have the Urbackup server running on a TrueNAS 12.07.

I changed settings that only the server can alter settings.

In settings I entered in Default directories to backup:

In the logs I see a: Cannot access path to backup:
“\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolumeShadowCopy11\ocuments*” Errorcode: 3

which seems logical as \ocuments doesn’t exist.

In the help of Urbackup the following is mentioned:

*\Documents\*

Would only backup files in document folders.

What am I doing wrong.

So I found this post on this platform and tried the suggestion.
It seems that Urbackup now checks if a drive exists. This tric doesn’t work anymore.
So I tried with a path that contains only a few items and did the /Desktop/ but got the same non existing error.

Does anybody have a suggestion on how to correct this?
