I have 2 systems with the same setup. 1 works fine with no problems. My 2nd system is giving me a strange error during file backups. Here is the error I keep getting:
2018-03-06 09:51:10: ERROR: Cannot get volume for path “”. The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. (code: 123)
2018-03-06 09:51:10: ERROR: Starting shadow copy for “.symlink_SqlServerWriter_{A65FAA63-5EA8-4EBC-9DBD-A0C4DB26912A}_0952c8a6cd65c677795e2e6ed71ace3f_master_files00000001” failed.
2018-03-06 09:51:10: ERROR: Error indexing files 1 of component “master” of writer “SqlServerWriter”.
This is during a file backup. I’ve setup the client for file backup only, and i’m only including a specific file extension (*.jpg). I can’t nail down why its trying to grab files outside the specified path and seemingly files i do’nt want to backup. It still backs up my files successfully, but this error has me concerned. Any help is appreciated.
Client & Server version 2.2.8. LAN connectivity.
