One of my client have been experiencing failed backup. Since the 14/10/25 the Logs has been showing failed backup as a result of Error 5. I noticed while going through one of the logs that it was experiencing some hardlinking issues due to missing files but after it noted the file as missing, it still saves the file but at the end it still displays the backup failed. I have been trying to fix it but no fix yet. NB the file update has been going through to my NAS but i want to get that error message out of the Logs. Any suggestions
?
