Feature request: set definition for "recent backup"

Hi,

it would be good to be able to set how old the last file and image backup has to be to display “no recent backup” on status page.

Can anyone tell me how the recent backup status is calculated?
I’m using Server version 2.0.27 and most of my clients show no recent backup. I assume this is because the time since the last backup exceeds the interval for file backups. This is of course useful but I have the interval set to 1 hour and most clients turn off at night.
So nearly all my clients say no recent backup by 6pm each day…
It would be great if I could set my own ‘recent backup warning interval’ to say 24 hours.
I suppose I could always stop checking the status after 6pm ;o)

It’s three times the backup interval. This number is configurable, but not via web interface yet. It’s on the todo list.

With 2.0.x you can configure longer backup intervals at night. That would fix your problem as well.

Hello,

I cannot find this feature despite I’m testing the 2.0.33 nor I found it in the admin manual (which is very good btw).
How to configure this ? (I’m in the same case as hippy1970: hourly incremental backup and want to ignore warning <24 hours)
