While restoring it gives"Error while retrieving information about user.Try again?" for connecting server…Why it can be? Can somebody help me?

Either it cannot find the user on the server or there is no connection to any server.
Can you have a look at the restore logfiles?
Ctrl+Alt+F2 to switch to a console. Then
sudo su
cd /root
cat restore_mode.txt
