Error Unknown Used Storage

Hello guys,

I changed my external device and run 2 CLI commands to clear and clean database:

  • urbackupsrv remove-unknown
  • urbackupsrv cleanup -a “0%”

after that my file backups appear with size “Unknown”

I try to run “urbackupsrv repair-database”, but the problem persists.

anyone can help me?

Have you tried going to the statistics tab, scrolling down about halfway, & clicking the “Recalculate statistics” button?

Yes, I tried. It took a while. But unfortunately, it didn’t help.
