When the client is downloading Windows, there’s a error appearing. Can the problem be solved?

Sorry, as discussed by mail the issue is caused by the appliance failing to download https://hndl.urbackup.org/Client/2.4.10/update/UrBackupUpdate.exe . It should have retried after 24h and succeeded, though.
Could you perhaps send the log files again?

sorry about the issue. Downloading the updated Windows client seems to have failed:
2020-05-10 19:49:03: ERROR: Error while downloading update file from http://hndl.urbackup.org/Client/2.4.10/update/UrBackupUpdate.exe: HTTP response code said error(ec=22), The requested URL returned error: 503 Service Unavailable
It should retry downloading the client after a reboot or after 24h (after cleanup). This will be made more rebust in the next version.

I increased the max number of clients to hndl.urbackup.org. Maybe this fixes this. Does it work after reboot?

Where is the configuration of the clients?
It’s a apache server so at /etc/apache2, but that irrelevant. You’d just need to reboot.
